Foodscan project consortium holds a conference

The FOODSCAN Project Consortium met in Athens from 30 September to 02 October to jointly discuss the results of the individual partners' project work in the past 6 months. The significant contents of the meeting consisted of testing the developed prototype to gain knowledge for optimising the unit. Project participants from the companies tested the unit under the instruction of the scientific institutions, using the examples of cork, wine, grain and nuts.
