Master's courses

Preparatory courses for the master's examination as a baker and confectioner

The courses are implemented jointly with the Potsdam Chamber of Crafts. Examinations are implemented by the Master's Examination Committee of the Potsdam Chamber of Crafts and take place after the respective course.

Courses are structured so that an individualised design is possible to allow participants to gain the Master's title.

Apprentices

Industry-wide apprentice instruction

IGV GmbH implements the industry-wide apprentice training for bakers, confectioners and specialised sellers for the state of Brandenburg (chamber regions of Potsdam, Cottbus and Frankfurt (Oder)).

Apprentices are assigned to courses by classes, in accordance with the class allocation of the individual sixth form centres in the state of Brandenburg. The invitation to the industry-wide apprentice training is issued to the training plant approx. 6 weeks before the apprenticeship starts.
